Donna Etemadi is a lawyer and award-winning legal writer with differentiated experience at law firms and in-house in corporate law, data privacy, and cybersecurity. She has served in-house for a major fashion brand, garnering experience on commercial contract, privacy, and trade compliance matters and as outside counsel at firms on corporate M&A transactions, equity financings, and data privacy and cybersecurity matters. With a strong interest in the intersection of law and technology, particularly artificial intelligence and its implications for the legal and regulatory landscape, she aims to use her knowledge and expertise to foster client confidence.
She is a J.D. graduate of Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she served on the board of the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business as a Note and Comment Editor, was a Student Researcher in the International Human Rights Law Clinic, and participated in moot court competitions. She also holds a B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University.
